Helping tech companies and their partners succeed in a complex marketplace.

2020. Let's talk about it.

What a year. 2020 forced us, like most businesses, to take a step back and reassess so that we could reimagine the way business is done—now and in the future. Fortunately, Knack was designed to be future-proof. Leveraging innovative technologies, a flexible work culture, and diverse teams which better reflect the audiences we are marketing to, we were able to not only survive, but thrive. And in turn, we were able to adapt quickly and expand our capabilities to best meet our clients’ emergent needs despite a challenging year.

As a revolutionary hybrid of a consulting firm and agency, we landed innovative and high-impact B2B go-to-market (GTM) strategies that helped our clients navigate the uncertainty and identify increased revenue opportunity through their channel and partner ecosystems. As we look ahead and continue to build leadership in the B2B marketing space, agility becomes even more critical to our work. It was important that we increase our capacity to deftly combine marketing capabilities with creative excellence, supported by efficient operational models, to land repeatable sales and marketing programs at a global scale.

As we look ahead, we continue to support and encourage our clients as we harness innovative technology and unconventional ways of doing business to achieve phenomenal levels of growth and success.

Yes, we’re headquartered in Seattle. However, we’ve enjoyed an expansion of our employee-based reach (and varied thinking across marketing and content development) throughout the nation.

Winning, together.

We transform businesses through innovative channel and partner marketing programs. Last year, we managed nearly 300 partners, delivering over 1,550 co-branded campaign and content assets through our marketing and sales engines. We masterfully pair agility and creative excellence with cloud marketing expertise, as well as operations to build repeatable, scalable programs. This has led to a significant uptick in revenue growth through our clients’ partner ecosystems.

Year-over-year growth tells the story.

Our consultancy mindset allowed us to flex and expand to support a breadth of clients and business needs. This enabled us to increase the volume of campaigns delivered.

66% Increased Lead Generation

We crafted beautiful stories that were human-centered and homed in on unique points of differentiation to successfully connect with and motivate our targeted audiences.

54% Increased Revenue Growth

The human side of the story.

Yes, we’re B2B bosses. However, our collective cultural intelligence and diversity of professional experiences have always afforded us capabilities across a breadth of B2C services, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) and product campaigns. These capabilities are especially relevant during a time when the world is beginning to recognize the need for genuine, purpose-driven marketing. This has demanded considerate and human-centered messages to reach and connect with audiences, with greater compassion and authenticity.

CSR

Puma

In 2020, we were honored to partner with PUMA to roll out a CSR campaign called #REFORM. The advocacy program was designed to promote the brand’s support of racial justice, shifting from a product-centric brand to a purpose-centric brand.

Premera

The pandemic revealed the importance of equal access to our healthcare system and its workers. We were humbled to work with Premera to design a GTM strategy for LifeWise healthcare insurance, simplifying complex messaging and ease of use.
